BİNGÖL CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY
Bingöl province, which is located in the Upper Euphrates section of the Eastern Anatolia Region and has a very rich cultural background, was connected to the provinces of Elazığ in 1926 and Muş in 1929 after the proclamation of the Republic and became a province in 1936.
Merchants dealing with trade in our province continued their activities by registering with the Muş Province Chamber of Commerce and Industry until 1988. Between 1950 and 1988, Trade Registry transactions were made by Bingöl Municipality. In August 1988, studies were initiated with the initiative of the leading merchants of our province and the necessary procedures were completed and an application was made to the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey to establish a chamber in our province. As a result of the correspondence with the Ministry of Justice and TOBB, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry was established on 01/01/1989 and chamber service activities were started.
Between 1989-1996 Genc Cad. Served as a tenant in the Municipal Service Building. In 1996, the land belonging to the Directorate of National Real Estate, located on Kültür Street, was purchased in partnership with the Union of Chambers of Craftsmen and Craftsmen for a price, and the construction of a service building was aimed. The building, the foundation of which was laid in 2001, was put into service in 2003.
Between 1989-1993 1 personnel, between 1993-2003 2 personnel, between 2003-2013 4 personnel. However, after 2013, as a result of the development of the Chamber's capacity, the establishment of Quality Systems and the creation of new units, the number of personnel has been increased and the service is provided with 10 personnel.
Bingol Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which has the young and dynamic structure of Anatolia, has been serving to increase its power and to be the leading institution of the city by responding to the needs of our members with quality standards since its establishment in 1989.
Our Chamber continues its activities for its members in order to create a production and export-based Bingöl and contribute to the creation of an environment that increases investment and employment by representing our members at the Regional and National level with its giant staff consisting of Professional Committees, Assembly, Board of Directors, Disciplinary Board, Women, Young Entrepreneur Boards and Personnel.
Our chamber, which has 2100 active members in 10 occupational groups, successfully completed the TOBB Accreditation process in 2015 and gained the status of a 5-star chamber. To our members; In Trade and Chamber Registry Units; Registration procedures and Certification, Capacity, Expertise Reports, Certificate of Origin, Domestic Goods, Turkish Made and Manufacturing Qualification services, Financial Affairs - Human Resources Unit; Member-oriented studies such as Accounting, Personnel, Price Surveys, Invoice Copy Approvals, K-Document-Digital Tachograph in the Transportation Unit are carried out. In addition, the Quality- Accreditation, Training and Project, IT-Press and Publishing, Communication, R&D and Statistics, Foreign Trade, Lobby and Representation Units serve the needs of the members in conjunction with ISO 9001 Quality Management and ISO 100002 Customer Satisfaction Systems.
In line with its mission and vision, our Chamber organizes conferences, seminars, information meetings and trainings aimed at solving the problems of our Members by targeting their development. In order to build the future, vocational training courses such as KOSGEB Applied Entrepreneurship, UMEM, MEYBEM, certified trainings are provided for women and young entrepreneurs. It opens a visionary door for its members with new information and developments reflecting the commercial life of Bingöl in the domestic and international fairs it participates in.
It plays an important role in the progress of the region in the economic and social field with many projects implemented for the development of the region. Since 2006, it has been serving our city in the field of employment by increasing its room capacity with projects supported by the European Union, Social Support, Fırat Development Agency, KOSGEB and the Ministry of Development.
With our Young Entrepreneurs and Women Entrepreneur Boards, studies are carried out to ensure the participation of women and young entrepreneurs in our city in economic life. In order to emphasize the importance of women's entrepreneurship in the society, Bingöl National Women's Entrepreneurship Congress has been organized and participated extensively throughout our country and has set an example of success. It contributed to the promotion of Bingöl by making the name of Bingöl be remembered with women's entrepreneurship. In addition, the Bingöl Women's Academy project, which was started with the motto 'Strong Women, Strong Society' between 2015-2016, was among the five most successful projects in Turkey.
Our Bingöl Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in cooperation with the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey and the Credit Guarantee Fund, enabled our members to benefit from breath loan support of more than 30 million Turkish liras.
Our room; It has worked hard to bring the Organized Industrial Zone, which was established on an area of 72 hectares, to Bingöl, and it has a high level of participation in all activities carried out in our organized industrial zone. We continue to be the biggest supporter of the production-based economic development of our members operating in Bingöl OIZ.
